The Enclave at Kelsey Park is located between 135th and 138th Streets and Memphis and Quaker Avenues. Phases 1 and 2 (137th and 138th Streets) are sold out.
Phase 3 (135th and 136th Streets) is currently under development. The 35 lots in Phase 3A should be available by August of 2021. The 39 lots in Phase 3C should be available by the end of 2021.
