Eastwick Phase 3
Phase 1 of Eastwick at Kelsey Park is located between 141st and 142nd Streets and between Indiana and Memphis Avenues. The 96 lots were completed in late 2018 and include 24 lots that back to Kelsey Vines Memorial Park.
Phase 3 of Eastwick is located on 143rd Street between Indiana and Memphis. The 51 lots were completed in late 2022.
The general lot size at Eastwick is 70 feet wide by 120 feet deep. The homes are rear entry with paved alleys. Eastwick features new homes starting in the low $300,000’s.
