Phase 1 of Eastwick at Kelsey Park is located between 141st and 142nd Streets and between Indiana and Memphis Avenues.
The 96 lots were completed in late 2018 and include 24 lots that back to Kelsey Vines Memorial Park. The general lot size at Eastwick 70 feet wide by 120 feet deep. The homes will be rear entry with paved alleys. Eastwick features new homes starting in the low $300,000’s.
The proposed 51 lots in the next phase (143rd Street) should be completed in early 2022.
